Glow in the Dark Rims!

Wow! I think this concept is interesting and really nice! However, somehow it does looks kind of toyish and you can't really see the design of the rims itself, due to the brightness of the light. On the other hand, though, I love the effect that it gives - sort of like rolling on light!
